Specialist Digital Learning: Authoring and LMS
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the migration of data from the existing LMS to the new system, including the transfer of user profiles, learning records, and course content
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Excel lists to track and organize migration data effectively
- Prepare and Conduct training sessions for LMS system administrators
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users of the new LMS, addressing any technical or content-related queries
- Content- and process-support for the Learning Experience Platform
- Design and create high-quality e-learning content that is engaging, interactive, and aligned with the company's standards
- Lead and mentor a community of subject matter experts in creating their own e-learning content, providing training on authoring tools and development best practices for user generated content
- Establish and promote templates and standards for e-learning content to ensure consistency and quality across the platform
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning content and user-generated materials, making recommendations for improvements
- Execution of various report in the system
Job Requirements
- Experience in Successfactors Learning as administrator (2-3 years), preferable experience in implementation
- Experience in Authoring and creating e-learnings
- Skills in creating engaging and educational E-Learning content
- IT affinity and the ability to quickly learn new software (e.g. Excel)
- Technical skills, ability for clear conception and creativity to ensure the successful implementation of the new LMS and the development of a vibrant user content creation community
- Understanding of HR development processes and the ability to digitally support and optimize them
- Ability to analyze and prepare data for migration to a new LMS
- Fluency in English (advanced level is required)
- Enthusiasm for design
- Process-oriented way of working and independent working style
- Didactic skills for guiding communities, especially in the field of digital learning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work internationally with other WACKER-regions
