Job Responsibilities
- EHSS & Compliance Management  
Be responsible for EHSS and Product Stewardship related to logistics operations and ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, customs requirements and applicable laws.
Support transportation compliance, customs compliance and trade control requirements.
Participate in logistics safety initiatives and promote continuous safety improvement.

- Shipping Logistics Operations 
Manage daily shipping logistics activities, including domestic transportation, multimodal transportation, railway transportation, import/export logistics and bulk delivery.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery to meet customer requirements.
Ensure SAP and relevant logistics systems are maintained accurately and timely.
Support manufacturing, planning, customer service and sales teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

- Logistics Process Improvement & Digitalization 
Review and optimize logistics procedures regularly to improve service quality, efficiency and operational transparency.
Lead continuous improvement projects and promote best practices across logistics operations.
Support logistics digitalization initiatives, including SAP optimization, electronic workflow development, KPI dashboards and logistics visibility tools.
Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to improve productivity.

- Logistics Service Provider Management  
Manage logistics service providers (LSPs) to ensure service quality, compliance and cost competitiveness.
Define, monitor and review logistics KPIs.
Conduct supplier audits, spot checks, performance reviews and complaint management.
Support logistics procurement in supplier selection, evaluation and bidding activities.

- Cost Management & Business Analysis 
Monitor and analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for optimization.
Prepare logistics performance reports and management dashboards.
Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for logistics issues.
Provide recommendations to management based on logistics performance and business needs.

- Risk Management & Business Continuity 
Identify logistics risks related to transportation capacity, regulations, customs clearance, weather disruptions and supply chain interruptions.
Develop mitigation plans and contingency measures.
Coordinate urgent shipments and crisis situations to minimize business impact.

- Cross-functional Collaboration 
Build and maintain effective communication channels with manufacturing, customer service, planning, procurement, sales and regional logistics teams.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Maintain positive relationships with customs authorities and external stakeholders when required.

- Leadership Development & Talent Pipeline
Act as deputy for Logistics Manager when delegated.
Support training, coaching and development of team members.
Participate in performance discussions and succession planning activities.
Demonstrate leadership behavior and prepare for future managerial responsibilities.

- Quality Management
Understand and comply with IATF16949 and other management system requirements.
Ensure logistics activities fulfill legal, customer and company requirements.

- Other Responsibilities
Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration or related disciplines. 
- Minimum 5 years of logistics or supply chain experience; Experience in transportation management, import/export logistics and logistics project management; Experience in multinational companies is preferred; Experience in chemical industry and dangerous goods transportation is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of transportation operations, customs regulations and logistics compliance; Good knowledge of logistics cost analysis and KPI management; Experience in supplier performance management; Familiar with logistics risk management and continuous improvement methodologies; 
- Proficient in SAP; Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Experience in Power BI, dashboard development and logistics digital tools is preferred; 
- Fluent verbal and written English; Able to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams; Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities; Customer-oriented and result-driven; Demonstrated leadership potential with capability to grow into a management role.
