To strengthen our team in  Shanghai , we are looking for you as a(n) Procurement Specialist.
 

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies and procedures, including the four-eyes principle, internal controls, and company procurement guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end operational procurement processes, including PR-to-PO execution, purchase order management, order follow-up, delivery tracking, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations.
- Execute non-critical purchasing and spot-buy activities through approved sourcing channels in a timely and accurate manner.

- Maintain accurate data and procurement documentation across multiple systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, e-Catalog), ensuring data integrity and proper record management.
- Manage contract creation, administration, and documentation for non-critical purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage supplier interactions, including communication, complaint handling, and follow-up on quality issues (e.g., 8D/4D) to support supplier performance improvement.

- Collaborate with strategic buyers and internal stakeholders to support sourcing strategy execution and ensure operational alignment.
- Identify and drive continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and procurement processes.

 

Qualifications Required 

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business-related field;
- At least 3 years of working experience, candidates with procurement-related experience are preferred.
- Good communication skills with strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions;

- High level of integrity, proactive attitude, and strong team spirit;
- Good time management and execution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle tasks under pressure.
- Basic proficiency in both written and spoken English;
