Website & Digital Content Professional

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Website & Digital Content Professional to support our global Communications Team in Excellence Hub in Pilsen. In this role, you will play a key role in further strengthening WACKER’s global web presence and shaping our internal digital communications channels. 

Key responsibilities

• Support the strategic further development of WACKER’s global website and intranet
• Create, maintain and update content in the underlying content management systems
• Provide comprehensive advice and operational support for the creation of new pages
• Analyze and optimize website performance (traffic, rankings, engagement, conversion) as well as intranet usage
• Ensure that WACKER content is highly discoverable in modern search systems (by managing SEO/SEA), including AI-powered search (GEO) and new information channels
• Support the development of digital campaigns in close collaboration with the global Corporate Communications Team, as well as with other relevant internal stakeholders and/or external agencies as needed
• Contribute to other digital platforms and channels, such as mobile intranet, image database, and e-commerce

Requirements

• A college degree in marketing, communications, media, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in website management, online marketing, and e-commerce
• Experience working with content management systems and relevant software tools (MS Office, Adobe Photoshop), Email marketing tools
• Analytical thinking combined with a high degree of creativity, independence and reliability
• A strong technical aptitude and a high level of enthusiasm for the use of AI, prompting and machine learning 
• Excellent English skills
• A strong team spirit and enthusiasm for working in international settings
