To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as a HR Specialist.

 

 

Job Description:

•    Contribute to procedures, departmental objectives, and responsibilities.

•    Assist in the preparation of documentation.

•    Prepare periodic reports for management.

•    Participate in working groups for the development of the department or project.

•    Support and advise department heads and employees on labor relations matters.

•    Resolve labor issues by applying the relevant collective bargaining agreement and other general legislation (Spanish, European, etc.).

•    Provide support in dialogue and communications with Works Councils.

•    Provide support in the development and design of company policies, regulations, and individual and collective agreements.

•    Provide support in relations with educational institutions, job fairs, etc.

•    Provide support in the design and implementation of the training plan.

•    Design, draft, and distribute general communications, promoting and ensuring their dissemination to all levels of the company.

•    Provide support in the performance evaluation and talent development processes.

 

 

Required Profile:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

•    At least 3 years of experience in an HR department.

•    Social and communication skills.

•    Creativity, flexibility, and resilience.

•    Ability to work in a team and be proactive.

•    Strong organizational skills.

•    English proficiency is a plus.
