To strengthen our team in Ann Arbor,
we are looking for you as a(n) IT Project Manager II.

 

Responsibilities

  • Project Management & PMO: Support IT managers by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and managing project-related demands to ensure timely and successful completion. Manage regional IT projects as needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing resources, timelines, and communication among team members and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes. Align and collaborate with the global IT PMO team. Ensure IT PMO practices are implemented and adhered to within the regional IT department.   
  • IT Process Management: Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, policies, procedures, and systems to ensure consistency and provide a reference for troubleshooting and training. Design and document process flows to improve efficiency and standardize procedures across the organization. 
  • User Adoption and Training: Develop, schedule, and communicate comprehensive IT tools and applications training plans for end-users. Conduct training sessions, provide ongoing support, and assist in the creation and delivery of IT training materials to ensure employees are knowledgeable about IT systems, software, and best practices.   
  • Regional Demand Coordination: Collect and document detailed business requirements from regional stakeholders. Input demand requests into ServiceNow. Track and monitor all regional IT demands progress from submission to completion. Liaise with stakeholders to clarify any ambiguities in demand requests and provide timely updates on their demands. Generate reports on demand status, trends, and key metrics.  
  • Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with IT governance policies and procedures, provide audit support, and implement best practices to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of total IT experience in a large or mid-size company and 2+ years of IT Project and Demand experience
