To strengthen our team in Adrian,
we are looking for you as a(n) Shift Supervisor.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To safely supply service to production and assisting meeting goals established by production
  • Follow and enforce SOP's, company policies, and procedures.
  • Incident reporting and initial investigation. First Aid response in plant during night shift and weekend shift. Safety of Production operators, and equipment.          
  • Supervise schedule attainment, production monitoring, and update departments on status of equipment and processes.
  • Trouble shooting equipment / processes and working with Operations Specialists, maintenance, chemists, scheduling, and logistics to keep production running.
  • Support / Guide operators. Assist operators with production related issues. 
  • Assist with inventory, MSO's, material requests

 

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules                                                          
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Supervisor
  • Knowledge of Batch processes
  • Understanding safe work practices
  • Good communication skills
  • Trouble shooting skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
