Sr. Productivity Engineer

At our site in Zhangjiagang, we are currently looking for a(n) Sr. Productivity Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

- Comply with all related regulations, laws and codes of Government, company EHSS rules.
- Support and coordinate the ZJG site productivity improvement towards best-in-class performance.
- Reinforce the lean-six sigma culture, review and coordinate improvement projects, and provide professional support to plants for their improvement projects.
- Lead and/or coordinate automation and digitalization projects and activities.
- Create and maintain operation database and reports, develop digital reports for KPIs management.
- Involve into operation processes and workflows to seek the improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with global productivity team for ZJG productivity activities.
- Other tasks from line manager.

Qualifications Required:

- Chemical related university or above
- Good English capabilities verbally and in writing
- Chinese language
- Experience in operational excellence activities in Chemical industry
- Six sigma green belt or black belt
