At our site in Zhangjiagang, we are currently looking for a(n) Sr. Plant Engineer- M&P.

Job Responsibilities ：
Plant running under safety, no compliance from company/local laws or regulations
- Equipment availability and products line technical loss in OEE system
- Plant maintenance cost tracking and maintain, adherence to budget
- Repair plan and quality supervision status tracking and management
- Set the preventive / predictive maintenance scheduling
- Develop standard maintenance procedure
- Maintain P&IDs and plant documents system
- Spare parts plan and audit; maintain in SAP
- Responsible for equipment optimization, strong technical support to improve productivity and quality
- Documentation: Creation and maintenance (control schematics, reports, databases, guidelines...)
- Maintain P&IDs and plant documents system
- Cooperate with plant engineer teams, organize Multi-disciplinary teamwork
Qualifications Required ：
Educational background:
- University degree in chemical industry engineering or chemical equipment  manufacturing engineering or related

 Skills:
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and technical GB standards
- Basic knowledge in maintenance management
- Multidisciplinary technical knowledge
- Good budget preparation and spare parts management skills
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Good knowledge of reliability work
- Good knowledge of equipment FMEA
- Good English reading skill, good spoken English preferred
- 
 Experiences:
- Relevant working experience over 7 years in chemical industry
- Good experience in equipment reliability work own

 Special qualifications:
- Problem/result- oriented working, creative/practical thinking
- Independent/ innovative working
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, good communication skills, team spirit
- Participate in on call duty service 24/7.
