Job Responsibilities
- Equipment running under safety, compliance from company/local laws or regulations with safety engineers and production team, special equipment manages to follow law and standards.
-  Equipment availability and products line technical loss in OEE system.
-  Plant maintenance cost tracking and maintain adherence to budget.
- Repair plan and quality supervision status tracking and management.
- Shutdown planning. Set the preventive / predictive maintenance scheduling.
- Develop standard maintenance procedure.
-  Keep safety stock level of spare parts and optimize the spare parts strategy.
-  Responsible for approved fixed assets/capital and its appropriate use, lead teamwork.
-  Responsible for equipment optimization, strong technical support to improve productivity and quality.
-  Documentation: creation and maintain plant manual for daily maintenance and MOC.
-  Cooperate with plant engineer teams, organize multi-disciplinary teamwork.
-  Investment project feasibility, process study and handover work.
-  Other tasks assigned by manager.

 Qualifications Required

- University degree or equivalent in chemical industry engineering or chemical equipment manufacturing engineering or related.
Experiences:
- Relevant working experience over 10 years in chemical industry.
- Good experience in project investment preferred.
- Prefer to have basic experience/knowledge also on automation or EI.
Skills:
-  Knowledge of relevant legislation, official specifications, regulations, and technical GB standards.
-  Basic knowledge in maintenance management.
-  Multidisciplinary technical knowledge.
-  Good budget preparation and spare parts management skills.
-  Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis ability.
-  Good knowledge of equipment FMEA methods and practice.
-  Good English reading skill, good spoken English preferred.
