Job Responsibilities：

- Supervise production teams to ensure processing and associated duties are correctly carried out, and daily production targets are met, using management skills to maintain effective teamwork.
- Responsible for plant EHSS management, make sure all the compliance and running in the right way, such as safety, environment and occupational health.
- Conduct investigations to production and plant problems as they occur, with the view of maintaining productivity, quality and throughput. Ensure process problems are dealt with safely and effectively.
- Ensure a high level of good housekeeping is maintained, and production are carried out with accepted quality, EHSS and other requirements.
- Responsible for plant optimization which includes at least safety, quality, process capability, productivity and efficiency.
- Controlling the production cost, implement the cost saving project.
- Manage and coordinate with functional departments (HR, engineering, EHSS, planning, logistics and so on), facilitating the interface between production and other functions.
- Ensure production, activities and documentation carried out under control, comply with the existing policies, processes and standards. Ensure good operating discipline among the plant.
- Organize technical training for staff, develop the production team.
- Responsible for production team performance evaluation, motive the team.
- 24 hours on call during off time. 
- Other tasks assigned.

Qualifications Required

- College above, major in chemical engineering or relevant specialty.
- At least 5 years production managing experience in chemical process.
- Own the knowledge in chemical process and lean manufacturing.
- Experience in managing batch production in Class A workshop is must.
- Experience in commissioning new plant.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Offices tools.
- Able to communicate in English, both oral and writing is a plus.
- Execute production plan and cost control of production. 
- Ability to handle complex workflows (also beside standard processes).
- High flexibility (e.g. multifunctional daily work).
- Need pass government authority training and get certification for dangerous process production.
- Good communication skill, management skill, leadership and entrepreneurship.
- Self-motivation, initiative and teamwork spirit.
