Job Responsibilities

1) Production Supporting
  -Arrangement, create process orders, reservations of raw materials inclusive. and availability check
  -Controlling of resources necessary for production, know capacity utilize situation
  -Controlling of the intermediate product stream, well coordinate with upstream.
  -Knowing impact of quality control, take it into consideration in planning work
  -Factory data capture, production quantity, batch size, batch cycle time, manpower needed, shift situation,
    Mix and packing facilities etc.
  -Process order creation and release, actual batch size and cycle time monitor, output check, order following etc.

2) Customer order completion
  -Daily check the new sales order input, confirm sales orders within 48 working hours
  -Data monitoring of customer orders: creation date, RETA date, lead time check; route check, destination,
    planned GI date; confirm delivery date vs actual ETA date monitor and root cause.
  -Advise the transmissions at customer/ Carrier /  Warehouse man (in accordance with Regular customer
    concept)
  -Follow allocation rule from beginning to customer order
  -Stock check for materials with different UD code, follow material coordinator's decision to deliver special
    batch to special customer.
  -Closely control inventory level and reduce slow moving and leftovers.

3) Raw materials and package materials purchasing
  -Follow the purchasing rules and allocation from procurement team.
  -Create the PO and communicate with the vendors for quantity and delivery date.
  -Create complaint for non-quality issues
  -Monitor PO confirm date and actual arrival date, evaluate vendor performance
  -Payment application if necessary, or support finance colleagues for details check.

4) System supporting
  -Material master data maintain
  - Operational T codes for daily operation
  -PP/DS handling
  - SNP / IBP  handling
  - BI reporting use

5) Team supporting
  -Backup inside the team
  -Cooperation with other function teams

6) EHSS responsibility
  - Follow site EHSS rule
  -Follow LSO requirement, refresh relevant knowledge in time.

7) System supporting
Material master data maintain
Keep knowhow and follow the company IPP

Qualifications Required:

Education 
College or University, economic and chemical background  preferred.
       
Experience 
min. 2 years work experience on MRP. Chemical area is preferred.

Language 
English very good
Chinese preferred 

Computer 
Windows, Word, Excel, Power point, Internet, ERP (SAP) required
