
Job Responsibilities
- Take and pass on messages to expedite a response including answer receiving phones, fax delivery, mail in/out both from internal and external to ensure all the correspondence.
- Perform daily office supply activities: work meal, drinking water, office consuming and stationery.
- Transportation coordinate including company car pool and shuttle bus.
- Monthly Admin related bill checking, record maintain, and payment follow up.
- Other assignment from Admin Supervisor.
Qualifications Required
- Diploma or above degree with major in English and Administration preferred.
- Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
- Familiar with MS office software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Have a high sense of accountability and team work.
