Job Responsibilities:
- Comply with all related regulations, laws and codes of Government, support lab management on the aspects of environmental protection, efficiency, and economization.
- Support supervisor to coordinate EHSS relevant management on laboratory safety (e.g. chemicals compliance, JSRA), employee occupational health, 5S and waste handling.
- Coordinate to maintain QC system to meet ISO 9001, EFfCI, HALAL system, internal QM process and customer's requirement.
- Transfer or develop new test method to ELA lab, leading MSA of new test method, and give training to lab technicians.
- Install lab new testing equipment and write equipment operation SOP. Coordinate with maintenance person to keep lab instrument in good condition, ensure regular calibration of the instruments.
- Continuously improve lab testing technology and capability, ensure reliable testing result.
- Coordinate QC laboratory for raw materials(include packaging material), intermediates, trading product and finished products inspection, and provide final product inspection result within GR time.
- Do statistic of key figures for quality monitoring (e.g. FTPR, rework rate, Cp, Cpk)
- Follow up the material nonconformity record in time, coordinate lab to identify and manage abnormal material.
- Support testing method alignment with supplier and organize testing in raw material and packaging material qualification process; kick off complaints to supplier when material quality issue was found.
- Ensure correct QC process and data maintain in SAP system.

Qualifications Required:
- Relevant lab working experience over 3 years in chemical industry.
- Be familiar with QC and lab working process, basic knowledge of lab analysis equipment and method.
- Be capable of English reading, writing and oral communication, be familiar with MS-Office.
- Working proactively and teamwork spirit
- Good coordination and communication capability
- Major in chemical or other related analysis, university or above
