To strengthen our team in Namgu, Ulsan-si, we are looking for you as a EH&S Engineer (f/m/d)

Job Responsibilities

• Precautionary activities to prevent safety, health and environment incidents by removing potential hazard
• Lead overall review on the documentation and work practices relat-ing to EH&S activities.
• Identify whether all of the WACKER EH&S manuals are properly applied to work practice, and complying with local regulations & laws properly 

  1. Responding to revised Chemical Substances Management Act
  2. Operation of chemical accident prevention plan.
  3. Establishment and operation of plant sustainability management plans as for group goals
  4. Response to assessment of implementation status of new fire prevention regulations following revision of the Hazardous Materials Management Act

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor degree in chemical engineering / environmental engineer-ing / safety engineering / chemistry is preferred
• Certifications on environment/safety are preferred
• Language ability in English to communicate with global EH&S team
• Work experience is preferred but not required.
