At our site in Shanghai, we are currently looking for a(n) Technical Manager/技术经理-水泥砂浆.

Job Responsibilities

- Closely communicate with key customers to understand technical requirement and product development road map related to water repelling/impregnating agent and mortar, or protection for concrete & cement-based products application.
- Provide technical service upon on technical difficulties.
- Achieve joint product/application development with selected customers.
- Build up and maintain good relationship with decision makers in technical department at key customers.
- Application study to understand key competition systematically to support strategy setting.
- Promote the overall image of SILRES products and application knowledge by various valuable ways like conference, seminar, training, Wechat post, technical newsletter, or publication etc. 
- Cooperates with standard setting institutes, universities or authorities to setup standards and regulations which are in favor of quality water repelling agent, dry-mix products and cooperates with R&D to improve and develop new products.
- As team member to bridge global Cement & Construction Innovation Hub and technically support local business development at this application segment.

Qualifications Required

- Min. bachelor's degree in chemistry, material science, or related major
- Min. 8 years of solid technical background in construction materials, architecture, or engineering. waterproof mortar, concrete & cement related knowledge are preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
- Open mind and willing to learn new things
- Be willing to work hard in technical lab and travel
- Good English skills, spoken and written
