Job Responsibilities

• Responsibility for Processing of shipping and transport orders
• Coordination of truck drivers regardings loading and paperwork
• Coordination and monitoring of the entire shipping process
• Forwarder communication
• Exception management in the individual transport segments
• Handling of customs export processing
• Full-time day shift

Qualifications Required

• Experience in operational transport management activities (roadtransportation, export, sea/air freight)
• Knowledge of transportation specific processes and requirements
• Knowledge in customs processes and  dangerous goods handling
• Language skills in Czech and English required -  preferably in German (will be advantage)
• High resilience, service orientation, strong team and communication skills
• Job position is subject to final reliability approval for airfreight shipments from Civil Aviation Authority of the Czeck Republic
• Place of Work: Karlovy Vary
