Job Responsibilities

- Work with internal sales/BD and external targeted customers to understand technical requirements and provide technical service/solution upon on technical difficulties for the segment of industrial coating.
- Technical request, lab project of NDA/CDA, technical concept & formulation development and execution.
- Develop innovative systems in cooperation with sales/BD, product development (R&D) and overseas application colleagues. Maintain Company Intelligence and keep developing new ones for value creation.
- Coordinate the transfer of technical documents from Wacker Global to local according to business needs.
- Propose and implement application lab efficiency/capability improvement to fulfill daily operation. Ensure all EHSS requirements are fulfilled.

Qualifications Required

- Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related major
- min. 8 years of solid technical background in chemicals and a paint company is preferred
- product development experience in industry coating, such as polysiloxane or heat resistance coating, etc. is must to have
- Good communication skill, fluent in both oral and written English
- Open mind and willing to learn new things
- Positive thinking and customer oriented
- Be willing to work hard in technical lab
