Job Responsibilities

- Take the responsibility of technical service in Greater China for Wacker Silicone and hybrids business.
- Support daily work, such as development, technical service, or daily lab work.
- Manage investigation, treatment and follow-up of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specification and delivered condition of products.
- Provide site service supports including customer development with sales team, project bidding, product documentation/certification, claims, and application consultation.
- Provide technical training for sales and customers.
- Strengthen technical marketing platform as Chinese brochures, PPT for seminars, exhibition, and promotion tools to support business growth.
- Coordinates technical services between sales, Germany site, ZJG plant and customers with newly developed techniques or practices in processing company products
- Well obey the EHSS/IMS policy and maintain equipments, chemical agents and furnitures in WSC lab to ensure daily laboratory experiments running smoothly as well as the safety, health and environment protection of daily work.
- Willing travel within China and to other locations on demand

Qualifications Required

- At least Bachelor degree in chemistry or related majors

- More than 2 years working experience in chemical industry, engaged in quality control/assurance or technical service in multinational company

- Knowledge in polymerization process or other related chemical process is required

- Good knowledge of sealants or coatings

- Strong knowledge of decorative coating application is preferred, such as architectural latex paint, inorganic coating, waterproof coating

- Fluent both oral and written English skill- Customer contact in relevant industries

- Silicone knowledge would increase your value

- Initiative, good communication skills (global mindset, open) and a team player

- Strong capability of self-learning and thinking independently
