At our site in Shanghai, we are currently looking for a(n) Sr. Technical Manager/高级技术经理-个人护理品.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the consumer care technical services team in Greater China, i.e. coordinate the solution for customer technical request, lab project of NDA/CDA, technical concept development and execution.
- Develop innovative systems in cooperation with customers, product development (R&D) and overseas application colleagues.
- Maintain company intelligence and keep developing new ones for value creation.
- Coordinate the transfer of technical documents from Wacker Global to local according to business needs
- Collect market technical information and advice on overall technical strategy and objectives.
- Coordinate with supply chain for product localization and complaint solving
- Oversee EHSS in responsible lab area.

Qualifications Required

- Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry or related majors, master's degree is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of chemistry, especially in polymer chemistry or silicone industry.
- Familiar with application in Consumer Care industry, i.e. hair care, skin care, color, home care etc.
- Technical ability of emulsion recipe development and emulsion production is preferred.
- Excellent oral English, outstanding skill to read and write English technical papers/articles.
- Very confident to present in public or to customers with professional behaviors.
- Good IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook).
