Job Responsibilities
- Determine local business requirements, develop and manage the specifications (define requirements, specifications and priority…);
- Proactively analyze the existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Propose IT solutions to address business needs and enhance operational efficiency;
- Lead or participate business related projects, collaborating closely with the Corporate IT team;
- Providetimely and high-quality support for business applications esp. SAP, andtroubleshoot, solve issues. Maintain a strong focus on user satisfaction and system reliability.
- Enhance our users’ system skills by trainings, create manuals and guidelines for business application usage;
- Support IATF related topics
Qualifications Required
- At least Bachelor degree or above;
- Experience in SAP S4/HANA FI/HR module is a plus;
- Good analytical skills and experience in Alteryx & Tableau & Database
- Excellent English skills for a confident appearance in an international environment;
- User-oriented and process-oriented thinking;
- Team spirit and good communication skills;
- Flexibility and fast learning.
