
Job Responsibilities
- Determine local business requirements, develop and manage the specifications (define requirements or help define specifications, priority...);
- Continuously improve business processes, investigate proactively the current business processes and systems, propose IT solutions to address the business needs and improve our business's efficiency;
- Participate or lead business related projects / small orders together with Corporate IT team;
- Providing support, troubleshoot and solve issues to the business applications on time with quality outputs in regards the main model on FI/CO/BO/HR and others defined by skill matrix;
- Lead or participant in various projects including IT and others to support business development;
- Enhance our users' system skills by trainings, create manuals and guidelines for business;
- Monitor users' authorizations, reduce authorization risk and coordinate the creation of roles for new business;
- Test and introduce new functionality related to business or factory applications.

Qualifications Required
- At least Bachelor degree or above;
- Demonstrated ability in FI area of SAP (GL, AR, AP, AA);
- Experience in SAP S4/HANA is a plus;
- Experience in SAP HR module is a plus;
- Good analytical skills and experience in Alteryx & Tableau
- Excellent English skills for a confident appearance in an international environment;
- User-oriented and process-oriented thinking;
- Team spirit and good communication skills;
- Flexibility and fast learning.
