Sales Manager-Silicone Rubber

At our site in Shanghai, we are currently looking for a(n) Sales Manager-Silicone Rubber.

Job Responsibilities

- Silicone Rubber sales within East China Region mainly focus on market segment automotive, health care and silicone rubber.
- Maintain growing business and good relationship with existing key accounts in East China.
- Develop new accounts to achieve sales target.
- Develop strategic accounts and maintain business continuity for transferred customers from US, Europe, Japan and other Southeast Asia Regions
- Reinforce channel management for best deployment of resources
- Cooperation with market team to provide good market data (MDB and MDP)
- Provide sales forecast to ensure material supply for existing and new business.
- Keep an eye on new application development with local technical team.

Qualifications Required

- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical related majority.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in chemicals, rubber or silicone related business preferred.
- Being familiar with auto parts, medical industry will be a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Well organized with strong communication skill
- Flexible in mobility, able to work independently and under pressure
- Ingenious, professional integrity and very good business sense
