To strengthen our team in  Shanghai , we are looking for you as a(n) Sales Manager.
 

Job Responsibilities

-    Responsible for industry additives segments.
-    Capture more business in deforming agent applications, tire release and Plastic additives and other industrial applications
-    Key customer management in East China
-    New business development of new products, new customers and new solutions in East China.
-    Maintaining existing business and build customer relationship.
-    Manage the distribution network and deeply work with them to know details markets
-    Maintaining business continuity for customers transplant from US, Europe, Japan and the Asia-Pacific Region in general.
-    Focus on local market new business development with liaison of local technician.
-    Preparation of customer visit report, monthly report, sales rolling forecast and market data base.
-    Cooperation with Marketing to provide good market data (MDB and MDP).

 

Qualifications Required

-    Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Engineering, famous university is preferred.
-    Minimum 8 years sales experience in silicone industry.
-    Fluent in English
-    Team player, customer and result oriented.
-    Good communication skills.
-    Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and to work independently.
-    Be enthusiastic and motivated.
-    Distributor management skill is preferred.
