At our site in Shanghai, we are currently looking for a(n) Sales Manager - Polymer.

Job Responsibilities    
- Secure and grow the business with existing customers, make sure current business runs smoothly.
- Develop Adhesive, carpet, waterproofing, and coating industries in East of China (Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Hubei Provinces).
- Systematically collect, analyze, and present market and competitor information to support strategy setting.
- Manage, support, and coach the distributor.
- Prepare and implement marketing activities according to market plan.
- Deliver input for sales plan and forecasting.
- Optimize and ensure smooth ordering and logistics concept for our customers.
- Handle and settle customer complaints in collaboration with the local business team.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications Required    
- Bachelor of science, major in chemistry or chemical engineer, preferred in high polymer or fine chemistry.
- 5 years industrial selling experience in specialty chemicals, preferred in construction, carpet or waterproofing and coating industries.
- Experience in East China market and related industries.
- Excellent communication skills - above average interpersonal skills.
- Target oriented and persistent - never give up.
- Full of energy and initiatives to develop new markets, applications and customers.
- Self-reliant and Good sense of judgement.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team spirit.
- Willingness to travel.
- Good spoken and written English.
