
Job Responsibilities
- Grow and expand the business with existing customers to achieve sales target;
- Develop new customers/projects, identify and evaluate potential applications together with the technical team for food & nutraceutical business in Greater China;
- Manage, support, and train distributors on existing products and new applications together with technical team. Optimize the distribution channel.
- Deliver input for sales plan and forecasting to ensure the accuracy;
- Handle and settle customer complaints on time and professionally;
- Systematically collect, analyze and present market and competitor information to support strategy setting.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in food chemistry or food Technology;
- More than 5 years sales experience in food industry, preferably in Food Ingredients with strong technical background, a proven track record in selling specialty ingredients.
- Have existing direct contact/network to customers in food industry; have strong entrepreneurship, willingness to develop projects/markets;
- Proactive approach to customers, responsible, self-motivated.
- Comfortable with matrix management, positive attitude to work in an international (or global) environment.
- Language skill - native Mandarin, fluent English (written & verbal)
