
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve the sales targets by executing Commercial Strategy.
- Manage and grow sales in business team Release Coating in North and East China, including distribution channel and direct customer management.
- Collect market intelligence in responsible market segments, contribute to business team strategy setting;
- Make business plan, MDB &BP5
- Closely communicate with related colleagues in regional business teams, to coordinate all the sales related issues in domestic market;
- Contribute and propose market development strategy in Greater China to business team, coordinate the resource and implement the market development strategy
Qualifications Required:
- Be familiar with release coating industry or chemical industries.
- Be familiar with distribution channel and know how to manage.
- Very strong independent working ability, initiative and self-motivated.
- Very good communication skills, willing to communicate with colleague, customers and distributors.
- Excellent oral English, outstanding skill to make presentations to customers.
- Flexible to go business travel domestically and overseas.
- Good IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.).
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economy or business management.
