Job Responsibilities
- Silicone Rubber sales within East China Region mainly focus on market segment automotive, medical, energy and rubber fabricators.
- Develop local accounts to achieve big volumes target.
- Develop strategic accounts and maintaining business continuity for transplant customers from US, Europe, Japan and other Southeast Asia Regions.
- Reinforce channel management for best deployment of resources.
- Cooperate with marketing team to provide good marketing data (MDB and MDP).
- Provide sales forecast to ensure material supply for existing and new business.
- Keep eyes on new application development with local technical team.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree preferred in Chemical related majority.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience preferable in rubber or silicone related business.
- Familiar with auto parts, medical or energy industry will be a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Well organized with strong communication skill.
- Flexible in mobility, able to work independently and under pressure.
- Ingenious, professional integrity and very good business sense.
