To strengthen our team in  Shanghai , we are looking for you as a(n) Sales Manager- 工业有机硅.
 

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责

- SI sales within Eastern China Region for Medical, Mold making, automotive and electronic application including power electronics and consumer electronics, and other industrial, etc. 
- Focus on local market new business development with support of technical and marketing team.
- Maintaining existing business and build customer relationship.
- Build and manage the distribution network for the applications in related applications in Eastern China.
- Preparation of customer visit report, monthly report, sales rolling forecast and market data base.
- Cooperation with Marketing to do market research and propose development plan (MDP).
- Fulfill and achieve the sales targets in SI with assigned application and business scope.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件

- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Engineering, famous university is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in medical, electronics, automotive application, silicone industry or adhesion industry.
- Fluent in English
- Team player, customer and result oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and to work independently.
- Be enthusiastic and motivated.
