At our site in Shanghai, we are currently looking for a(n) Sales Manager/销售经理-建筑聚合物.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve sales target in dry mix mortar \ waterproofing industry by calling and visiting existing\prospective customers to understand and identify their real needs.
- Develop proposal on sales and marketing, technical solution to customers and ensure account strategy are exploited consistently.
- Maintain and develop key accounts relationship, cooperation with customers by seminar \ market activities.
- Collect, research, and understand related market or customer needs and industry trends to find out potential and valuable business and then provide development proposal on product, application, technology and customer solutions to ensure our long-term business success
- Formulate business development strategy, plan and objectives to ensure it delivers good business result
- Manage or set up the regional channels to ensure more customers coverage and sales result.
- Build up the partnership with external related parties such as authorities, industrial associations, institutes, universities & etc. to promote Wacker Brands and track new technology and application trends
- Ensure all business procedures follow Wacker procedure such as product registration, SAP system setting, price setting, MSDS generation and production arrangement & etc.


Qualifications Required

- Bachelor degree of Chemicals, material science, or construction engineering.  Master is preferred.
- 5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably for a multinational company in chemical industry or working experience in dry-mix mortar / waterproofing industry field
- Independent, self-motivated and success driven
- Excellent oral, written, organization, presentation and independent workload management skills.
- Self-motivated, result oriented, be able to work under pressure
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent of the work period
- Strategic and analytical thinking
