To strengthen our team in  Shanghai , we are looking for you as a(n) R&D Chemist.
 

Job Responsibilities    
- Focus on process development/optimization of VAE emulsion polymerization, from lab scale, pilot to production;
- Support product development projects, including scale up, trouble shooting, quality improvement and process optimization;
- Lead localization of products from overseas plants;
- On-time delivery routine experiments, analyzing polymer dispersions and writing reports;
- Work closely with manufacturing team to pilot support, productivity improvement and raw material qualification;
- Assist R&D manager for pilot lab management, key equipment maintenance and EHSS;
- Collaboration and support with ADTS colleagues to achieve project deliverables timely;
- Maintain samples, chemical substance, test equipment and operational procedures;
- Meet the requirements of IMS/ISO and EHSS standards.
 

Qualifications Required    
- Master's degree on polymer science or macro-molecule science;
- Working experiences in R&D or Technical Service field in industry for 2~6 years;
- Minimum 2 years' experience on emulsion polymerization, either in university or in industry;
- Practical laboratory experience;
- Taking initiative, positive and keep curiosity character;
- Good in oral English and skilled in written English;
- Strong team spirit and good communication skill.
