Product Safety Assistant

At our site in Shanghai, we are currently looking for a(n) Product Safety Assistant.

Job Responsibilities    
1.    Contact with local technical manager, plant staff on products safety related topics for GC material registration including Flammable Goods, Silicone Lab Material, and other packaging materials.
2.    Data entry and maintenance in SAP.
3.    Check, assess and classify the product data in system
4.    Perform material-substance allocations and set releases in SAP EHS
5.    Check packaging for authorization and chemical resistance
6.    Liaison with Silicones Regulatory Affairs & Quality team and Corporate Products Safety in HQ for the related topics.
Qualifications Required    
1.    Bachelor or master's in chemistry, experience in products safety area is preferred
2.    Skillful for MS Windows Office software, experience with SAP is a plus.
3.    Good interpersonal and communication skills
4.    Good command of written and spoken English.
5.    Precise, reliability and confidence.
