At our site in Shanghai, we are currently looking for a(n) Marketing Specialist/市场专员-功能性有机硅.

Job Responsibilities

- Build the market intelligence on China silicone industries on SP2 market segments. Regular update of the detailed silicones market database, analyze the data, draw conclusions on future growth areas, etc.
- Regular update data base & analysis competitors' material flows via customer import&export market.
- Collect related regulations, association's information in related industry.
- Conduct market research (incl. MDP) to identify opportunities in SP to improve the market intelligence and actively contribute on the market strategy setting.
- Support the business optimization process in GC to fulfill monthly report, business plan,APO, forecast, product management, product localization, etc.
- Cooperate with MarCom on various activities, like organizing tradeshow/seminar, Wechat article drafting, preparing promotion tools, etc.
- Support BT Head on daily operation

Qualifications Required

- Chemical education background is preferred
- 2-year experience in Marketing position
- Solid skills in information collecting, data processing, data analysis
- Language and presentation capability both in oral and written format for Chinese and English
- Willingness of learning from others and cooperation with others
- Team work spirit, and self-motivated.
