At our site in Shanghai, we are currently looking for a(n) Logistics Specialist.


1. Logistics Complaints management 
- Lead or assist in investigation of complaint arisen by internal/external customer. 
- Issue and monitor supplier complaint report in SAP
- Follow corrective and preventive actions
- Complaint monthly reporting and analyses
2. LSP performance quality management 
- Lead regular LSPs performance review meeting to monitor their performance 
- Planning and maintaining an overall audit schedule of LSPs
- Recommend design or test methods for LSP process improvement.
- Cooperate with logistics function team to solve supplier service quality issues.
3. Support Trade compliance team for daily operation 
- HS code classification for new material and maintenance into SAP
- Release block orders or business partners in SAP GTS as export control regulation
- Support AEO project to prepare project documents and related activities
4.Logistics Digital management 
- Introduce or recommend logistics digital tools or system from market to improve logistics transparency and efficiency
- Work with project team to Implement logistics digital project into logistics to make logistics service provider to follow and execute related requirements 
- Work with logistics function team to continue improvement on logistics digital implementation.
5. Backup Logistics reporting and planning
- Monthly logistics reporting and analyses about cost, KPIs and complaints
- Develop logistics planning model to make logistics resource available and share best practice to Global PL planning team.
- Work close with MRP to develop external warehouse demand forecast to balance demand and cost. 

- Bachelor Degree or above.
- Over 3 years work experience in logistics function. Experience in multinational companies and in Chemical industry is preferred. 
- Fluent English in writing, reading and speaking.
- Experience in SAP is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skill, customer oriented.
- Self-motivated, curious in learning, self-developed and self-disciplinary.
