Job Responsibilities:

- Assist R&D manager to implementation of lab experiments and stability tests on innovation products. 
- Independent documentation via lab reports in Mandarin and English. 
- Maintain samples, chemical substances, technical equipment, furniture and operational procedures in lab. 
- Meeting the requirements of IMS/ISO and EHSS standards.

Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor degree or higher.
- Major in chemistry or chemical engineering, silicone/polymer-related preferred.

Knowledge/Requirement:

- Solid theoretical knowledge of chemistry, silicone chemistry, silica and rubber processing experience preferred. 
- Pronounced practical lab skills.
- Diligence and creativity, quick response to work, efficient time management. 
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Soft skills: Open-minded, pro-active and  good communication skills.
