Job Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Sales Manager Team of Consume & Industry Polymer in Greater China
- Secure and grow the business with existing key customers, make sure current business runs smoothly
- Develop new markets/ applications for Consume & Industry Polymer products in Greater China
- Systematically collect, analyze and present market and competitor information to support strategy setting
- Set up Consume & Industry Polymer distributors target through closely work with regional sales managers, and evaluate their performance at middle-year, year-end
- Manage, support and coach the distributors
- Prepare and implement marketing activities according to market plan
- Deliver input for sales plan and forecasting
- Optimize and ensure smooth ordering and logistics concept for key customers
- Handle and settle customer complaints in collaboration with other relevant Wacker functions
Qualifications Required
- More than 5 years' experience in chemical industry with focus on Sales, Master or Bachelor in Chemistry or Business Administration (also available for internal posting)
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills - above average interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of excellence in business processes
- Target oriented and persistent
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work under high pressure
