At our site in Shanghai, we are currently looking for a(n) GC Sales Manager.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead SP2 sales team to achieve annual business targets, including sales revenue, margin, DOH, overdue, etc.
- Lead SP2 sales team to achieve new business development targets. (Opportunity Management)
- Key account management to sustain business in short term and long term way, closely communicate with MS Manager and KA Manager to achieve KA targets.
- Responsible for sales plan and rolling forecast of SP2 portfolio, closely working with marketing team to manage the operation including sales, stock, payment, etc.
- Distributor management to set up targets, guide, manage, support distributors for target implementation, and performance evaluation by half year/annual term.
- Contribute and propose market development strategy in China, coordinate sales team resource with marketing and BD to move development projects forward.
- Systematically collect, analyze and present market and competition information to improve market intelligence and support strategy setting.
- Lead and develop sales team to improve capabilities and professional skills. Set quarterly business targets, review performance, and guide sales team for continuous improvement.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

- More than 8 years of Sales experience in construction chemicals, coating additives or related chemical industries
- More than 5 years experience of team management
- University degree in business and/or science; Master or higher is preferred
- Target oriented and persistent, ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
