Job Responsibilities:
- Coverage of market segments: Automotive (both EV and ICE), I/C packaging, Information & Communication Technology; Applications: sealing/adhesion/bonding/potting/Therm management
- Marketing Plan incl. situational analysis, S.T.P., value prop. 4P mix
- Effective communication with stakeholders and peers incl. sales, TS, R&D, supply chain, Operation to implement and deliver solid results
- Manage innovation portfolio with good quality and quantity to drive sustainable profitable growth
- Early performance indicators incl. relevant opportunity pipeline, key customer satisfaction/projects; lagers incl. revenue, CMI, CM2, market shares
Qualiications Required:
- Bachelor degree or above, MBA preferred
- Solid track records in B2B marketing manager roles in typical market-orientated companies doing specialties material business
- Come from marketing leading culture, with previous sales experience preferred
- Very strong independent working ability, initiative and self-motivated;
- Strong communication and influencing skills, willing to communicate with colleagues and customers with different background, nationality and culture;
- Management skill of coordinating virtual team cross functions; willingness to take the lead
- Excellent English both written and orally, strong capability to present and pitch in public
- Flexible to go business travel domestically and overseas
