
Job Responsibilities
As a team member of the international Controlling team "Systems and Reporting":
- Further development of Controlling business analytics solutions and ensuring the supply of information for operational and strategic management
- Supporting Controlling Closing, Service and Planning processes
- Global user and access management
- Development of Controlling SAP dashboarding solutions incl. data source management in collaboration with IT
- Key user for the Controlling department in digitization and Group projects
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Global product costing:
- Perform and manage product costing calculations, including mass costing activities.
- Analyze and interpret costing data to provide actionable insights for internal stakeholders
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of costing data across multiple products and organizations
- Collaborate with other departments to support cost optimization initiatives
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Maintain and improve costing processes in line with company standards and best practices
- Support external auditors by providing, analyzing, and explaining relevant data
- Coordination of deadlines, extensive interfaces and program processes
- User and access management
- Second-level support for application questions
Support of Controlling Closing, Services and Planning processes:
- Coordination of deadlines, interfaces and program processes
- Material ledger closing
- Program flow monitoring, error analysis/correction
- Master data, table and allocation concepts maintenance
- Analysis, recipient-oriented preparation and reconciliation of the data
Collaboration in projects
- IT projects (SAP release change, software introduction, server conversion...)
- Group projects (acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations, ...)
- Financials (AC/CO) Customer projects
Qualifications Required
- University degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable fields
- Good knowledge in business administration methods and procedure
- Experience in product costing, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in the SAP CO Module and SAP BI tools desirable
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access for data analysis and reporting
- Team player who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a high affinity for numbers, processes, and IT-related topics
- Fluent English language skills, German is an advantage
