At our site in Shanghai, we are currently looking for a(n) Communications Manager.

 Job Responsibilities    
- Identify key corporate reputation drivers, develop and promote Wacker's corporate brand in focused areas.
- Design and execute the communication plan to maintain and enhance corporate reputation internally and externally.
- Manage mega corporate events to promote Wacker's corporate brand. 
- Develop and leverage communication resources, including but not limited to media, institution, and scholarship, to maximize Wacker voice to advance both business and corporate reputation objectives.
- Generate the best synergy, design and implement marketing communication plan to foster the realization of business strategy, initiatives and priorities. 
- Continuously explore communication innovation, identify opportunities of digital marketing programs, online and offline integration strategy, etc. to maximize the communication efficiency.
- Coordinate rapid response across functions during crisis. Provide systematic help to responsible persons to ensure that appropriate statement/message is delivered. 
- Develop team competencies to make sure the company always receive the best-fit service.

Qualifications Required    
- Bachelor degree or above, major in journalism or language is preferred
- Minimum 10 years working experience in MNCs, solid record of successfully managing function of corporate communications, experience in marketing communications is a plus
- Excellent command on both Mandarin and English
- Proven leadership and influence across functions and hierarchies
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and lead changes
- Strong business sense in developing communications campaigns and events
- Curiosity and open mind to new things, trends, tools, etc.
