At our site in Shanghai, we are currently looking for a(n) Assistant to CFO.

Job Responsibilities    
CFO office and teams' support
•    Assist CFO to keep the calendar, ensure best possible time-management for CFO, and all external & internal contacts.
•    Effectively support CFO in handling document filing, signing and authorization process.
•    Manage company meetings like Auditor and Planning Meeting, CFO meetings & visitor arrangements
•    Arrange CFO business trip, entertainment organization and expense reporting 
•    Support to prepare minutes, reports, presentation and analysis as required
•    Support COFIBS team activities and events like FI/CO Academy and Conference
•    Back up President Office assistant if needed

Reporting support with Controlling guidance
•    Assist in financial or business reporting (routine and ad hoc) including GC consolidation reports and macroeconomic data tracker
•    Monitor and maintain all intercompany agreements
•    Monitor all service charges cross group entities
Qualifications Required    
•    More than 3 years' executive assistant working experience, ideally with similar industry background and business understanding, but not a must.
•    Finance and / or Business Administration education background preferred.
•    Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
•    High level reliability, full integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
•    Ability to work under pressure, short deadline and flexible time.
•    Very accurate, precise and high quality working attitude.
•    Independent, pro-active and initiating working ability.
•    Very good knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Power Point and MS Word.
•    Good capability of reporting, taking minutes and MS Excel.
