技术经理/Technical Manager

At our site in Shanghai, we are currently looking for a(n) 技术经理/Technical Manager.

Job Responsibilities
-  Develop new products / new solutions for E-Mobility industry
-  Provide technical support to customers with biz travels in China
-  Communicate closely with global technical colleagues
-  Organize technical meetings and deliver technical presentations in public activities
-  Build up technical know-how with deliverables, such as application case-study, benchmark database, test reports, technical papers, and IP items
-  Take the role as technical marketing and contribute on strategic suggestions for the project
-  Actively execute the company's technical related process/procedures, such as product transfer, new product registration, etc.
-  Understand IATF16949 related requirements; provide customers with products and services that meet requirements in accordance with legal and regulatory, customers and internal product development processes.

Qualifications Required

- Min. bachelor degree, chemical or material science related specialty
- Min. 5 years of experience in technical positions, incl. 2 years in e-mobility industry. Experience in  silicone field would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of technical requirement of chemical material in battery pack, or e-motor and power conversion unit
- Experience in formulating adhesives, pastes, encapsulants, or coatings is preferable
- Self-motivated and good at team work
- Customer oriented and open-minded to new solutions; quick learner and problem solver
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good at Microsoft office software, like PPT, excel etc.
- Skills on applicable techniques, product design tools and quality tools (e.g. APQP and FMEA).
