To strengthen our team in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, we are looking for you as a Logistics Specialist (f/m/d)
Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate export/import shipments in a timly manner, including shipment release, vessel booking, and transportation arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status and vessel schedules, and provide timely updates to every stakeholders
• Prepare and mange all required shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with trade requirements
• Work closely with SCM, CSR, service providers and other business partners to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Support customs-related processes, monthly closing, and freight invoice verification
• Handle logistics issues, customer complaints, return deliveries, and other non-standard shipment cases by identifying root causes and supporting corrrective actions
• Support logistics KPI tracking, team-related projects, audits, and process improvement or digitalization initiatives where applicable
Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, export/import coordination, or international trade.
• Good knowledge of shipping processes, shipment documentation, Incoterms and trade compliance requirements.
• Good knowledge of FTA and certificate of origin handling is required
• Experience in working with logistics service providers and cross-functional internal teams
• SAP knowledge is preferred
• Good command of English and proficiency in MS office
• Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud(SAC) or Tableau is preferred
• God analytical skills with the ability to understand data and use it to support daily operations and problem solving
• Proactive, responsible, and collaborative attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and adopt new tools, systems and ways of working.
