
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow the business to achieve the sales target in Greater China
- As part of global key account team member to ensure key accounts sales and activities to meet the expectations
- Handle and settle customer complaints on time and professionally
- Systematically collect, analyze and present market and competitor intelligence
- As local coordinator, support general sales activity for export PVAc orders
- Based on business potential, take BD role for business development
Qualifications Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in confectionery industry, acknowledge and experience in production and process is preferred
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills; Business acumen and drive to top spirit
- Comfortable with matrix management and multinational culture working environment
- Responsible, positive & self-motivated; Proactively problem solving
- Language skill - native Mandarin, fluent English (written & verbal)
