Specialist Engineer Refrigeration technology

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of projects in the field of refrigeration technology
• Developing concepts for converting refrigeration systems to alternative or natural refrigerants
• Implementation of measures to maintain and further develop the refrigeration systems at the BGH & NUN sites
• Process optimization and support of refrigeration systems to ensure productivity by preventing and eliminating faults
• Documentation and optimization of work processes
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for refrigeration systems 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (or comparable) in the field of refrigeration, air conditioning technology or process engineering, mechanical engineering with experience in  refrigeration systems
• Professional experience in project engineering and / or maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems and / or heat pumps
• Good knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations and technical rules and regulations
• Very good written and spoken English and / or good written and spoken German
• IT skills (MS Office), experience with SAP and COMOS advantageous or willingness to learn
• Independent and team-oriented way of working
• Good communication and integration skills
• Ability to deal with complex issues professionally
• High analytical skills
• Willingness to travel regularly to Burghausen or other Wacker Chemie AG sites
• Willingness for further education and training
• Goal-oriented, independent and committed working style
