Productivity Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Active support of digitization topics in the production environment
• Analysis of production processes and support in optimization through the selection and application of suitable tools and solutions
• Expert function in the field of industrial analytics for the visualization of process data, e.g. from manufacturing execution systems
• Development of dashboards and reports
• Continuous training of analytics key users and regular organization of key user meetings
• Collaboration in optimization projects of the Silicones Operations division with a focus on production processes and the sustainable improvement of productivity and process stability

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or university degree
• Experience in the field of automation and digitalization in the production environment
• Knowledge in the use of data visualization software as advantage
• Good knowledge of production-related IT systems
• Knowledge of methods and experience in agile project management (e.g. Scrum)
• Resilience, ability to work in a team, flexibility
• Good knowledge of German or English
• Willingness to travel and enjoy international cooperation
