HR Survey & Communication Specialist 

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop surveys to collect data from different target audiences and markets, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of questions
• Create and maintain candidate personas 
• Prepare data structure survey processes in the back-end
• Coordinate and organize translation of data
• Active support on Employer Branding projects and HR communication

Job Requirements:

• Preferably university degree in statistics, marketing, sociology, economics or comparable
• Strong knowledge of survey research methodologies and best practices
• Experience with survey tools (e.g.Qualtrics) is an advantage
• Project management skills
• Good English skills in oral and written form, German language skills are an advantage
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
