Job Responsibilities

• Operational of all HR processes (e.g. Master Data Management, Organisation and Position Management)
• Support in the implementation of HR reporting for the in scope processes
• Contact person for the departments in case of questions
• Training providing and continuous improvements

Job Requirements

• Enthusiasm for digitalization topics and innovative spirit as well as ideally SAP HCM knowledge
• Basic knowledge of relevant IT systems (SAP Success Factors advantageous)
• English (daily use – written and spoken form)
• Experience and interest in working with data and processes
• Very good communication skills, pro-customer approach
• Good team player, well organized
