Content Manager – Employer Branding

Job Responsibilities
•    Development and implementation of communication strategies and measures for employer branding, e.g. social media posts, career videos/graphics, website
•    Support in the development of target group-specific content 
•    Carrying out benchmark analyses on content and trends
•    Monitoring compliance with the Group-wide employer branding guidelines
•    Training and empowering colleagues to use employer branding assets
•    Support in corporate branding & communication projects
•    Collaborating with external service providers if necessary (f.e. agencies, grafic designers etc.)

Job Requirements
•    Preferably university degree in journalism/PR, Marketing, HR, English studies or comparable
•    Experience in texting and content creation
•    Enthusiasm for social media, visuals and video
•    Passion for HR and creative mindset
•    Understanding of corporate design principles and independent working style
•    Experience with Graphic editing tools (eg. Adobe CC, Canva etc.)
•    English (fluent), German language skills preferred
