To strengthen our Procurement team in Pilsen, we are looking for a

Job Responsibilities:

Phase 1 – first year 
•    Procurement of local demand of Site Pilsen, including all necessary material and services
•    Process coordination 
•    Negotiation of tenders
•    Creating contracts with relevant contract clauses
•    Processing of order confirmations with order follow-up and change management
•    Invoice verification
•    Post order processes like clarification of delivery dates, price deviations, claim management

Phase 2 – after one year
•    Scope extended, also purchasing demand WACKER Germany, by using SAP tools
•    Maintenance of master data (material master data, outline agreements, system settings for automatic order triggering) in SAP
•    Process coordination 
•    Negotiation of tenders
•    Creating contracts with relevant contract clauses
•    Invoice verification 
•    Processing of order confirmations with order follow-up and change management

Job Requirements:

•    Completed commercial education
•    Communicative English 
•    Professional experience and experience in Procurement an advantage
•    Broad system knowledge and process skills, especially with SAP purchasing systems and Ariba, knowledge of the functionalities as well as secure and fast application of the systems is an advantage
•    Concentrated, fast and precise work
•    Ability or willingness to quickly learn how to use new systems 
•    Willingness to travel to Burghausen, Germany for initial training as well as for exchange every few weeks
