To strengthen our HUB team in Pilsen we are looking for a

Trade Compliance Specialist

Your Responsibilities

• Perform customs and export control tasks including sanction list screenings, export control checks, tariff classifications, preference handling, and Intrastat reporting
• Operate sanction list and ownership mapping controls in SAP GTS and ensure compliance with international regulations
• Oversee import processes managed by external brokers and ensure proper documentation
• Manage Intrastat declarations and maintain related master data
• Actively contribute to risk and compliance management processes and collaborate with colleagues across functions
  
  

What We Expect

• Completed commercial apprenticeship in business or similar relevant qualification
• Experience with customs and export control processes, including sanction list handling
• Good understanding of customs tariff classification and import/export procedures
• Basic knowledge of SAP GTS — or strong willingness to learn it
• Good English skills are required; German language is an advantage
• Experience with SAP, MS Office, and customs software
• High level of accuracy, system‑oriented working style, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Team‑oriented personality with a willingness to continue developing your expertise
